- Lesson Policies
- Lessons are taught in monthly blocks of either 4 or 5 weeks. Continuing students are expected to attend their regularly scheduled lesson each week for the month.
- New students are expected to attend for a 4-week introductory period. There are no make-up lessons during the introductory period.
- Cancellations must be made by phone, email, or in person to the Music Administrator.
Scheduled cancellations (vacations, etc) should be made at least 7 days in advance.
Unscheduled cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations by the student with less than 48 hours notice will be considered for makeups at the discretion of the instructor and only in cases of family emergency or illness, and only if notice was received prior to the lesson time. - No refunds or credits will be issued for missed or cancelled lessons. Repeated cancellations or missed lessons can result in a forfeiture of lesson time.
- Each continuing student will be permitted one make-up lesson per session. This lesson will be scheduled on a week designated for make-up lessons.
- No other make-ups will be given except for teacher absences or store closings due to emergencies.
- No refunds or credits will be issued if the scheduled make-up is not attended.
- If for any reason you cannot continue to attend your scheduled weekly lesson, notify the Music Administrator at least one week before the end of the monthly billing cycle.
- Lesson Etiquette
